Our client based in Mid Kent is now seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proficient and confident in dealing with clientele, offering nothing but excellent service.

Your duties:
Recording new enquiries via telephone and email, allocating and accurately maintaining the database
Scheduling appointments for the Sales and Survey Team
Monitoring and progressing enquiries and ensuring the sales pipeline is up to date
Liaising with and providing administration support to the sales team
Communicating updates and answering queries with insurers and loss adjustors
Liaising with customers and responding to queries
Proof reading risk assessment reports and quotations
Assist with management information
Occasional attendance at insurer broker days / presentations
Assist with marketing requirements
Providing relevant support to all departments as required
The right candidate will have/be:
Previous office-based experience in Administration or Customer Service
Strong organisation skills
Helpful, reliable, and confident
The ability to multitask under pressure
Strong using all MS Office applications
A meticulous attention to detail
Intermediate or above skills using Excel
A good telephone manner
