Our Newark based award winning Tech company is seeking a Technical Support Advisor with Romanian language skills to join their team. Duties include.
•Providing 1st line technical support in both Romanian and English
•Logging all incidents and diagnosing technical faults
•Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
•Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response.
To be considered for the role candidates should have Fluent Romanian and English language skills, problem solving duties and keen attention to detail. A clear telephone manner and good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Previous Technical Help Desk / Service Desk experience.
Hours between 06:00-22:00 - 8,5 h shift with 30 min unpaid lunch
5 out of 7 days a week (typically one day of the weekend - Sat or Sunday - in 3 weeks)
Salary increases with additional supported languages - 2 supported languages £25,300, 3 supported languages £25.8k
£1k increase after 6-month probation/training period.
