Absolute Recruitment are looking for skilled Robot Weld Operators to join the production team at a well-established engineering company in Sandbach, Cheshire.
The Company
A leading sub-contract engineering company supplying components of any sizes that utilize innovative technology due to continued investment.
They specialize in areas such as equipment for construction, automotive, nuclear, recycling, railway and many other general engineering industries. The company is located just 5 minutes from junction 17 of the M6 motorway in Cheshire. They provide accurately timed deliveries to any areas of the UK using their own fleet of vehicles.

9001 : 2015They possess a highly skilled workforce, with the most up to date C.N.C. equipment including Lasers, pressbrakes, machining & Robotic Welding with capacity of up to 5 tonnes. Alongside their facility, they have a Pre-treatment & powder coating facility on a separate site located just 400 metres away thus giving a fully turn key solution for their customer’s needs. They use state of the art software for both Cad/Cam & business operating systems to support and control all their operations.
The Role
Responsible for the set up and operation of Robot Weld Machines (Trumpf and/or Bystronic).
Reading of technical drawings and performing quality checks on the work produced.
The Offer
Pay Range: £10.50 to £15.88 per hour (dependent upon skills & experience)
Hours: Initially days 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 Friday and then once induction and training completed will work on shift patterns 06:00 to 14:00 hours (Friday finish at 12:00 hours) and/or 14:00 to 22:00 hours (Friday 12:00 to 18:00 hours) (Shift Allowance will be payable on top of basic pay)
Overtime: Available but not guaranteed.
