Overview
Key Duties (including but not limited to):
To lead on the implementation of the quarterly Risk and Control Self-Assessment
To lead on the implementation of the risk event process and support the business on control rectification including lessons learnt
To lead on the development and implementation of second line assurance framework including thematic reviews and control testing
To lead on the implementation and delivery of the emerging risk process
To engage key stakeholders across the business in the monitoring, reviewing and reporting of key risk indicators
To lead on the development, implementation and delivery of the Company’s Stress and Scenario Testing framework
To lead deep dive reviews of risk areas identified by the Head of Risk including information gathering, report generation, monitoring of actions to completion and reporting
Qualifications required:
ACII, IRM qualification or accountancy
Experience required:
Understanding of the UK regulatory framework for insurance companies in UK
