Risk & Assurance Auditor


This is a great opportunity for an experienced risk & assurance auditor to join a leading FM provider to ensure compliance assurance audits are completed on various assets on a large retail contract UK wide.
 
Main duties for a Risk & Assurance Auditor 
  • Carry out site base audits & reviews for ensuring the provision of accurate assurance/compliance documentation
  • Control PPM & task sheets for scope of works, work in conjunction with asset team and managed contract to update.
  • Be a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance through audits & innovation.
  • Coordinate & control of contract management operation plans, policies & procedures. 
  • Provide dedicated support, ensuring Compliance Management in line with the contract, FM operating model across all locations. Ensuring Compliance Assurance
Knowledge and skills needed;
  • Previous experience of working within a facilities management environment.
  • Knowledge of SFG20/maintenance specification and legal/statutory  maintenance requirements 
  • Experience of operational Auditing / Ability to carry out site base reviews / audits
  • HDN or certificate in engineering/compliance or equivalent operational experience.
Package offered for the Risk & Assurance Auditor role:
  • £45,600 + travel 
  • Home base with travel across UK provided
