Deliveroo Shopping

We're on a mission to help customers make the most of every moment, connecting the most beloved high street brands with customers' doors in ~30 minutes; from baby to petcare, health and beauty to electronics, gifting and so much more.

The Role

As a Retail National Accounts Associate you will enable the success of new retail partners on our platform, managing and streamlining their onboarding, agreeing joint operational flows and coordinating cross functionally with other departments e.g. Ops, Marketing, Comms etc to ensure they are setup for success. Working with your Account Managers you will help to find, contact and win new retail partner leads, support existing partners on the platform such as Boots and Screwfix with their ongoing business analysis and help to build the Deliveroo Shopping business.

Working on a brand new business vertical as we build it means you will often have to overcome challenges that Deliveroo is facing for the first time, shaping the future of the business and our relationship with our customers, riders and partners.

You will:

  • Prospect new retail partner leads, undertake opportunity market research and find target contacts to reach out to
  • Take ownership of the onboarding and setup of new partners joining the platform including Salesforce, Admin setup and coordination with key departments to ensure new partners are setup for success
  • Support Account Managers in pitching and negotiating with new partners to grow the Retail Business
  • Work with Account Managers on existing partners business analysis and opportunity matching
  • Work with the central retail team to develop the Retail partner and consumer proposition
  • Requirements

  • Experience in technical account Management, New Partner or Account Administration
  • Ability to manage diverse projects with numerous stakeholders and priorities
  • Effective relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic high-growth company
  • Why Deliveroo?

Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.

We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.

    Workplace & Benefits

At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, wellbeing, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. We currently operate in a hybrid working environment allowing you more flexibility between work and home.

    Diversity

We believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest growing startups in an incredibly exciting space.
