We are excited to be recruiting for a Manager to work at CBRE (Henrietta House).* *Location: London* *Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum* *Working pattern: 40 hours per week* • Ensure that Vacherin/CBRE’s expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured and are in line with the Vacherin brand.• To maintain an awareness of the current and future high street trends and update CBRE and colleagues accordingly.• Set clear expectations to all staff regarding merchandising and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards.• Continual review of the service and offer provided in the site, providing feedback to the team, and ensuring any necessary changes are incorporated into the service provision.• Proactively make suggestions to General catering manager/CBRE regarding innovation in food and food service to develop the business at the site.• Managing customer’s expectations with regards to speed of service, quality of product, queue management and product availability.• To be the first point of customer reference within the Rise café.• To organise, promotions and events to drive participation in the Rise café.• Upholding the Vacherin standard operating procedure for Well Building Standard (Platinum).• Greet all clients with fast, friendly, personalised service and develop a rapport with clients by learning their names, favourite drinks, and food items.
