Our London Team
Our London Team has a strong focus on a wide range of restructuring and special situations matters across sectors such as, financial services, real estate, retail and education.
Our market-leading practice focuses on debt refinancings and restructurings, business restructurings and asset sales and special situations and is well supported by its integrated international network.
Our National Team
Nationally, our highly rated Restructuring team, part of our Banking and Finance group, advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround. We are regularly involved in more complex, high value restructurings at an early stage in the financial decline curve, with the aim of providing innovative solutions which improve returns to stakeholders and, in many cases, avoid an insolvency process altogether. We are building an increasing reputation for our special situations practice too, having been instructed on a number of high profile assignments where insolvency is not imminent but there is high risk/complexity.
