A fantastic Hotel Restaurant Manager job in Wolverhampton, paying a salary of around £30,000 is available for a Hotel and Spa which has had a brand-new Restaurant built within it. This tasteful Grade 2 building, surrounded by 5 acres of beautiful leafy greenery and private grounds, provides the perfect setting for a hospitality professional to exercise their skills and abilities. The new Grill Restaurant will have menu inspirations from India, American and Lebanon.
The Hotel is also equipped with tasteful and versatile spaces. From afternoon tea to elegant evening meals, through to weddings and other events… the venue has a variety of F&B offerings for guests. Your remit will be specifically managing the al le carte Restaurant.
Hotel Restaurant Manager job in Wolverhampton, Highlights:
Base salary of £30,000 – negotiable on experience.
Tips on top of salary.
45 Hours per week, straight shifts only. Evening shifts from around 3pm.
Free meals at the Hotel while at work.
Free on-site parking.
Brand new Restaurant, opening middle of July. (We can appoint someone into role sooner if you are available at short notice).
Overseeing a team of around 10 staff, most of which already work within the F&B team at the hotel currently.

Hotel Restaurant Manager job in Wolverhampton, Required Experience:
Leadership experience within a Restaurant / Food & Beverage is required. We are open to considering someone who is ready to step up to Restaurant Manager, or an existing Restaurant Manager who would love a new and exciting opportunity.
