Vacancy : Resourcing Manager

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, ambitious, and pragmatic resourcing professional to start from scratch on our resourcing plans. Initially there’s only you, so you’ll be doing everything. You’ll need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and book interviews as well as think about our 5 year strategy, evaluating internal pipelines and coming up with our early careers plan. Ultimately you’ll probably be the head of resourcing for the Group, but you’ll have to be prepared to come in and do the hard yards now. You’ll be part of a small but brilliant people team and report to the People Director.
