This growing national law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Partner. The role will involve managing the residential conveyancing department to ensure excellent client service, taking the lead on providing legal advice to clients and negotiating contracts in connection with the purchase and sale of residential property.
Key tasks will include:
Taking the lead on advising clients on matters relating to the purchase, sale, and transfer of residential property, negotiating missives on behalf of clients and examining and reporting on title.
Being proactive in the financial control of your caseload, and the financial performance of the team, including accurate time recording and prompt feeing.
Continuously seek to improve your own performance and that of the team.
Manage your workload competently, professionally, efficiently and cost effectively, acting as a role model to others.
Promote the services of the firm to all clients, actively seeking new contacts, develop and convert your contacts into new business.
Manage your own technical learning, and being recognised, internally and externally as an expert in your chosen field.
