With a client base of estate agents and lots of new build developments going up in the local area, the team are very busy and looking to welcome another conveyancer. As the firm continues to expand its operations, you will have opportunities to progress within the team and take on business development projects to establish yourself within the go-to firm for conveyancing.
You will work on a mix of residential property conveyancing work and be comfortable running your own files. If you have worked on new builds, then this is highly advantageous in light of the stream of property development work coming into the firm at the moment.
The Ideal Candidate:
·Residential Property Solicitor 1+ years PQE(or equivalent)
·Confident and able to run your own files
·Interest in business development projects with excellent relationship-building skills
