Responsibilities / Position overview

Our market research Insights Team are seeking a Research Executive to join their qualitative research team. Someone with solid project management skills, proactively implementing solutions, who has a good grasp of qual research methods and can apply them to a project. 

The Research Executive will understand and articulate client needs, whilst confidently drafting materials and conducting 1-1 interviews. They'll practice group moderating and begin to lead brainstorming and presentation development.

The purpose of this role is:

To provide proactive project support to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects

To conduct defined research activities to help build client satisfaction

To assist and provide support in building client relationships to help drive growth

To coach Research Assistants and support work team colleagues

To act as an effective Lumanity team member, with enthusiasm and creativity 

Qualifications

Strong Degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification preferable

1-2 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation

1+ years’ experience in research-based project support role

healthcare sector experience is preferable

All round technical ability and broad knowledge of research methods and approaches

Solid project management skills

Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
