Research Executive / Senior Research Executive - Synthesio

Role overview 

These roles will be responsible for client management of a portfolio of clients in the newly merged businesses where we have brought together the power of our SaaS platform Synthesio and social data consulting unit SIA, tasked with setting gold standard for account management and deep consulting to partner with clients for y-o-y growth.

Working with the UKs largest brands in an unparalleled commercially focused account management and consulting team, you’ll be helping add value to our clients by guiding and developing your team to become trusted partner with the clients using social data and analytics.

These roles can be hired at the Research Executive or Senior Research Executive level but both will need previous Market Research experience.

What will I be doing? 

Working with the UKs largest brands in an unparalleled commercially focused account management and consulting team, you’ll be helping add value to our clients by guiding and developing your team to become trusted partner with the clients using social data and analytics.

You will be involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle, including set-up, report template design and insight writing using a mixed method (quant and qual) research approach.

Working closely with client service managers on platform set-up and account managers on consulting deliverables.

Developing social data expertise on the Synthesio platform by cleaning mentions using Boolean, classifying social conversation, supporting the design of visualisations.

Understanding the client’s business and reporting needs to create actionable solutions.

Analysing data and developing insights to support client business cases based on our gold standard frameworks in social intelligence

Monitoring platform usage, embed data usage and prove ROI of our social data and solution to clients to maximise retention.

Completing administrative duties of project management, such as finance.

You will communicate with clients and manage client’s expectations and complete deliverables with guidance and support. (when required)

Conducting presentations (when required)

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home. 

What do I need to bring with me?

We are looking for someone who recognises the importance of providing first class service to clients and is excited by social data insights. We will support your development with comprehensive training and you will have access to our extensive learning academy and training workshops.

To be successful in this role you will ideally need the following skills and experience:

Excellent verbal, written and presenting skills

Experience and confidence in designing, planning and facilitating qual and quant research projects

Knowledge of social intelligence space (a plus)

Experience working with social data to provide consulting to clients on innovation and strategic brand development areas (a plus)

Expertise with SaaS platforms and how it can be implemented and used to make sense of data (a plus)
