Your new role
As a Repairs Supervisor based in London, you will lead a team as part of a project or a defined work stream. You will drive excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs including factors influencing profitability and basic budget management, S,H&E management,pliance, and help maintain excellent customer relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of leading teams is preferred
Experience of working in a social housing environment is preferred
Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
Excellentmunication skills
Management NVQ Level 3
CSCS Card
