JobSummary:
Tosupport the Council s vision and resilience agenda by providing awide range of best in class front line services within customerservices.
Theprovision of an efficient and effective front line service based oncustomer and service needs across a number of council relatedserviceareas.
KeyDuties/Accountabilities:
Tocontribute towards the implementation of a working culture that isresultorientated customerfocused and an ethos of right first timeservicedelivery.
Tosupport the resilience agenda by promoting the council s onlineservices at everyopportunity.
Toundertake all duties with minimalsupervision.
EssentialSkillsRequired:
Ability todeliver high quality customer focussed value for moneyservices.
Knowledge ofexcellent resident experience tools andapproaches.
Goodcommunication skills (orally and in writing) for a broad range ofaudiences.
