**Location:** North West London

#### Key Responsibilities of the Removals Fleet Manager:

Operational Strategy: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop cost-efficient strategies.

Legislation Compliance: Ensure the fleet operates within legal and regulatory standards.

Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting and enforcing fleet operation policies.

Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee strict maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections and services.

Budget Monitoring: Ensure fleet costs stay within budget.

#### Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for the Removals Fleet Manager:

CPC Qualification: Required.

Transport Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of road transport law and legislation.

Driver Hours Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of driver hours and working times.

Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication abilities.

Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail.

Workload Management: Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.

Initiative: Proven ability to work independently.

Computer Literacy: Strong skills in MS Office.
