Our client an International removals company are looking to appoint a Relocation Coordinator for their team based in Suffolk.

Other duties of the Relocation Coordinator:

  • Focussing on the international aspects of movements (Import, Export and European) but occasionally dealing with UK movements
  • Deal with customs clearances, insurance forms, international border control and invoices for works
  • Assist with the training of Relocation Administers, helping with their progression to Relocation Coordinators.
  • Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, dealing with emails etc.
  • The successful Relocation Coordinator will have experience working in Removals / Transport / Logistics / Shipping / Freight (Imports / Exports), as well as experience working in the Property or Construction industries.

    You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience working within a similar role within the Removals industry.

    We are keen to speak with self-motivated candidates who have excellent communication and strong customer service skills.

    Experience required:

  • Must be able to speak and write English.
  • Good computer skills – strong knowledge on Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel etc)
  • Good Administration and data entry experience.
