Thesuccessful applicant will:
Havea current NMCregistration andmore than 2years of experience.
Goodknowledge of thelatest clinicalpractices.
Leada team of care staff to deliveroutstandingcare.
Usetechnology to keep accurate documentation and residentrecords.
Ensuremedication is ordered administered and storedfollowing thecompanyprocedures andpolicies and inaccordance with currentlegislationandtheNMC/CQCguidelines.
Utiliseclinical skillsto make decisionsand takeaction in atimely manner whilstprovidingguidance and support to all teammembers.
Createwellthoughtthrough careplans and detailed risk assessmentskeeping in mindregulatoryframeworks.
Developrelationships with relatives to help support residentsbetter.

Someonewho can deliver a level of carethat truly comes from theheart making sure our residents never losetheir dignity or sense of individuality as you get involvedin general activities within theCareHome. And whetheryou are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use anaid offering emotional support to a confused or distressed residentor delivering care to someone at the end of their life you willalways have their wellbeing in mind above anythingelse.
Requirements
Youwill need to be:
AnNMC RegisteredNurseable to lead ateam of carestaff.
Ateam player who engages well with others astrong communicator andinfluencer.
Ableto deliver nursing care in a clinicalenvironment.
Capableof demonstratingawareness and understanding ofcurrent legislation andguidelines.
Passionateabout offering superior services and want to make adifference.
Aglass half full person with a sense ofhumour and a positiveoutlook.
Someoneflexible who can work nights and the eventual day ispreferable.
