Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN required for Female Service

Sirona Medical are currently seeking an Experienced RMN to work in our clients Female service based in Leicester.Our client runs a Secure 33 bedded service designed to cater for woman between the ages of 18 and 65 who have diagnoses of Personality Disorder and /or Serious and Enduring Mental Illness.
The service is made up of 16 locked Rehab Beds, 6 Locked Rehab Step Down Beds and 9 Semi-independent Flats.
Typical Patient Profiles are:
•Female
•Aged 18+
•Personality Disorder
•Complex Mental Health Needs
•Challenging Behaviour
•Significant Comorbidity
•Historic Substance Misuse
•Traumatic Histories
•Significant Previous Management Problems
•Contact with Criminal Justice System
Our Clients service employs the full multidisciplinary range of services to provide person centred mental health care to and women with complex mental health and behavioural issues.
The post holder will be expected to work on a roster system which covers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The successful applicant will have:
•Up to date clinical experience of Mental Health and current registration with the NMC
•Be able to demonstrate that they can make positive contributions to the team, whilst providing safe, effective and personalised care.
Rate of Pay: £15 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)
