Essential requirements:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years).
Full UK driving licence.
The right to work in the UK.
Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
