Qualified RGN’s needed for part-time and full-time employment opportunities in care homes in Newport and surrounding areas. We are looking for qualified registered general nurses who have excellent experience and passion for care, with the skills to create a calm and professional environment every employment opportunity. We offer a great range of opportunities and locations, so the further you can travel the better! Requirements in each setting may vary in terms of age and disabilities. Shifts are flexible to work around you, so clear communication about your availability is required to find the most suitable work for you. If you have a passion for the care sector, assisting others with various physical challenges to improve their quality of life and independence, then this is the role for you!
The role includes;
· Supportive leadership of other staff
· Management and safe administration of a range of medication
· Providing physical and emotional support
· Clinical care
· Handling complex needs of patients
· Following care plans for each patient
· Management of long-term conditions
· Good communication and documentation

Applicants must have a nursing degree approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, including bachelor of science or equivalent qualification. Must hold an NMC pin and registration certificate. Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an RGN. Drivers preferred.
