The role
Assess and monitor patients' health conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
Educate patients on managing their health and medications
Advocate for patients' well-being and rights
