Job Description

As the Registered Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence in care delivery. You will ensure the availability of qualified care workers to meet service demands and maintain the highest standards of care. Overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards is crucial, as is ensuring all processes are correctly controlled and documented. You will drive the growth of our services, expanding our reach while maintaining a focus on quality. While the team covers on-call duties, you may need to step in occasionally when short-staffed, with extra pay provided for on-call responsibilities.

Our branches in Camden and Barnet deliver a combined total of approximately 4,500 hours of care per week, with Camden delivering 2,700 hours and Barnet 1,800 hours. Our team consists of 1 Care Manager, 3 Field Care Supervisors, 4 Care Coordinators (with 1 vacancy), and 1 ECM Officer. We have a robust care staff comprising 89 care workers in Barnet and 113 care workers in Camden. Additionally, we provide extra care services at Bristol Court with high occupancy levels.


Qualifications

We are seeking a CQC Registered Manager with experience in domiciliary care. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and compliance are essential for this role.
