- Stage One– Video call interview with the Head of Recruitment
- Stage Two Video callinterview with the Operations Director
- Stage Three– Inperson presentation with the SMT
TheCandidate:
- Have a proven trackrecord in the management and delivery of highquality care within aspecialist complex/advanced dementia needs care home
- Ideally a MentalHealth Nurse – but consider a Registered General Nursewith significant complex careexperience
- Possess strongcommercial acumen
- Excellentcommunicativeskills
- Demonstrate excellentleadership
- Knowledgeable of CQCcriteria
- Driving license andown vehicle arerequired
