Red Team Consultant

Job Description:

 An opportunity has opened for an experienced red team consultant who enjoys a challenge to join our specialized offensive security team. This is a highly rewarding, hands one role with exposure across traditional and cutting-edge enterprise IT as well as bespoke Operational Technology systems. Your work at Leonardo will see you lead and deliver in solving customer problems in an agile, innovative and team centric manner. We are after creative, passionate, technically savvy and personable people to help support and grow our offensive security capability and solve some of the most challenging security to the UK’s digital landscape.

As a member of this specialist team, you will be involved in all stages of a red team engagement, from initial scoping, through engagement and into wrap up meetings and report writing. Bringing your expertise in adversarial emulation to deliver on projects ranging from penetration testing to more complex adversarial simulation and emulation engagements that will challenge your abilities and mindset to the various demands of enterprise IT and operational technology across critical infrastructure in the UK.

Strong technical background in cyber security.

Formal red team certifications such as Crest CCSAS, CRTO, CRTO2, OSED

Experienced CHECK Team Leader is desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and their needs.

A curious mind with the drive to understand how things operate.

Experience with red team engagements and a solid understanding of OPSec methodologies and exploit development.

Experience of using a C2 framework such as Mythic, Posh C2, Cobalt Strike.

Experience of several penetration testing specialties from infrastructure to applications, cloud environments and SCADA/ICS platforms.
