This exciting opportunity will be aligned to an existing client within the pharmaceutical industry. If you're driven by results and have a passion for sourcing and recruitment, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities·Proactive pipelining and talent pooling utilising advanced sourcing techniques and tools·Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline·Data recording and talent insights analysis and reporting by utilising various platforms and most effective sources to inform recruitment strategies and enhance decision making·Communicating and collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders·Working effectively with your stakeholders, building trust and credibility with your clientAbout you·You will work collaboratively with colleagues, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requisition requirements·Demonstrably able to directly source and headhunt talent within the Pharmaceutical industry (preferable)·We are looking to engage with candidates who are well versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey·Driven by data and market insights·Play an active part in best practice, operational excellence and continuous improvement for Hudson RPO and your customers
