After a flying start we are now on the huntfor a recruitment consultant to help us take our business to thenext level.
Reporting directly to the foundersyou will be responsible for managing relationships with clients andcandidates across the world. This recruiter will have the autonomyto manage and grow their own client base as well as having livevacancies ready to work from day one.
Responsibilities
- Managethe entire recruitment process by effectively liaising withcandidates and clients.
- Identify and attracttop talent via our recruitment software LinkedIn job boards andother social channels.
- Shortlist and presentqualified candidates against defined job vacancies.
- Proactively identify and obtain new businessopportunities.
- Keep uptodate with the latesttrends and developments in the recruiting world and suggestimprovements to our recruitment processes.
- Manage client and candidate relationshipsmaintaining consistent communication.
- Monitorresponses to job postings and ensure all applicants receivefeedback.
Requirements
- Provenexperience as a recruiter whether agency or inhouse.
- Solid understanding of sourcing and recruitingtools and techniques.
- A high level of writtenand spoken English. Able to effectively communicate with clientsand candidates whether graduate or director level.
- Social media savvy comfortable working acrossplatforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
- Politeand professional phone manner.
