Our client are looking to appoint a Rolling Stock Recruitment Consultant to add to our well established permanent recruitment team based in our Derby office. Our clients specialises within the Rail, Power and Construction sectors.
With excellent basic salaries and a top commission scheme they also promote a work/life balance with 25 days holiday as a minimum you have the option to earn up to 45 days holiday and have immediate access to our discounted holiday club.
As a Recruitment Consulting Expert you will source revenue earning opportunities and directly deliver against the vacancy requirements. You will be adept at sourcing, engaging and building a strong candidate bank of specialist candidates and developing long term relationships with returning clients and candidates alike.
The ideal candidate will come from a Rolling Stock recruitment environment , be able to demonstrate their previous success in opening doors and closing deals. They will be a natural networker and relationship builder and will be hungry to double their salary by way of the unrivalled commission structure! We also offer ongoing training and support and a clear and defined career path.
Whilst experience in this sector is desirable, our client may consider candidates from other sectors of recruitment.
