About The Role

We are currently seeking a Saturday Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Moa Road Dental Clinic based in East Grinstead. 

This is a large 7 surgery NHS and Private practice offering a range of treatments to patients, including implants, oral surgery and clear aligners.

Hours:  Saturday - 08:45 - 17:00

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients

Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments

Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained

Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys

Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
