This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a temporary Receptionist placement for the duration of three months. There is an opportunity for the contract to be extended or even become permanent, but it is not guaranteed at this stage.
This is a wonderful 8.30 am to 5.30 am Monday to Friday job, covering a lovely reception in a wealth management office in Mayfair. You will be supporting an international and diverse close-knit team, who are a pleasure to work with.
Responsibilities
Covering Reception in a beautiful Mayfair private building
Meeting and greeting clients and colleague, answering phone calls
Provide administrative support including sorting out posts, arranging office purchases, arranging meetings, and logging action items, etc.
Occasional PA support for the team – taxi bookings, meeting arrangements, travel bookings
Book couriers & DHL, receive and distribute incoming packages, distribute mail and post
Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy and presentable, display daily newspapers and magazines
Liaise with building facility managers and contractors, liaise with office cleaners, liaise with various suppliers for the management of the office
Keep office stationery in stock (including toners for all printers plus domestic stock and looking after kitchen supplies)
Be point of contact for IT Support or any issues with computers, phones VoIP, internet connection or any office equipment
Ideally, you will be/have
1 year+ of any Reception/Administration/Team Support experience in the UK
Excellent English language skills, spoken and written
Excellent telephone manner and a positive, welcoming outlook
Russian language skills
Excellent organisational skills
Professional presentation and excellent people skills
