We are looking for an enthusiastic Reception Manager to  join our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.

Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off  / shift work 8am to 8pm 

We are looking for someone with previous hotel Reception Manager experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guest.

As a  Reception Manager  you will be:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the Reception department
  • Lead a professional team ensuring their training and development
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring guests receive personalised, attentive service
  • Innovating ideas and experiences that enhance our guests’ stay
  • caring out regular audit standards 
  • On a daily basis to supervise the smooth running of all FO operations 
  • Assist with rotas, time sheets, payroll and holiday management
