This Law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their growing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in advising our clients on a wide range of property matters, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure on clean energy and renewable projects.
Responsibilities:
Advise on the development and construction of major infrastructure projects - both in the UK and internationally
Draft and negotiate complex commercial property agreements, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, financings, and joint ventures
May have the opportunity to manage junior lawyers and oversee aspects of their work
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in commercial property law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
A strong understanding of commercial property transactions, including energy and infrastructure experience, with particular experience in clean energy and renewable projects
