The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor, 3+ years PQE, into their Southampton office.

You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse caseload involving both Commercial and Residential Property disputes. You will have the opportunity to handle a range of matters, from routine to intricate cases, while also providing assistance to Partners and Senior Associates on complex and high-value issues.
This role offers an exceptional chance for professional advancement and skill enhancement.

Requirements

You will have experience in handling your own Real Estate Disputes caseloads

You will be between 3+ years PQE, with exposure in these matters.

You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment

Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
