Technical Skills:
- ReactJS or Angular JavaScript HTML Core Java Java 8Spring Boot REST API Log4j Database (Oracle SQL Server Snowflake)Cloud exposure App Dynamics OpenSearch IDE (Eclipse or anything)Splunk ServiceNow.
- Domain: Insurance andfinancial support services (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Researching diagnosing troubleshooting and identifyingsolutions to resolve the daily production/nonproductionissues.
- Responsible for analysis of differentsupport requests (Service Requests) raised across open systemapplications and end to end resolution.
- Shouldbe able to manage customer expectations and communicate thoroughlythrough tickets and calls.
- Responsible to makecode changes and push changes to code repository.
- Plan Production release activities and coordinateimplementation with respective teams according to theschedule.
- Responsible to make enhancements /bug fixes if necessary to satisfy business needs.
- Refer to database to provide solutions.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively.
- Availability for application AVPs postchanges.
- Incident Management / ProblemManagement.
- Agile basic knowledge.
