ABOUT THE ROLE
About the role:
There are two roles available and Quantity Surveyor and salary is commensurate with experience.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi disciplinary consultancy and be responsible for (but not limited to):
Cost estimating
Managing the tender process
Regular reporting to the client
Facilitating cost control from inception through to completion
You will be expected to advise on contracts, warranties, professional appointments and all other legal aspects of projects.
Contract Administration
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements:
The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing a range of projects.
Experience working on projects ranging in value
Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
