Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of QMS in various processes.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits to maintain certification and compliance.
Provide training and support to staff on QMS procedures and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining QMS in a systems-based role.
Essential experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
