North Lincolnshire Council’s Adult Education and Community Learning Team is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Quality Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading on the quality of education and service improvement, ensuring that learners benefit from a high-quality learning experience.
Responsibilities will include leading on tutor development, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring attainment of learning and teaching goals and recording learner data.
If you have experience of leading a teaching team and achieving excellent outcomes this could be a perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking for someone who is organised and creative with strong IT skills.
The role would suit a primary or secondary lead looking for a new challenge.
