Up to £50, - Dependant on experience.

My client is an established company that specialises in producing made-to-measure bespoke products that are used in the manufacturing sector and they are now seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for the management of all quality activities across all sites, developing and delivering a companywide quality strategy and ensure that products meets the correct industry standards.

Quality Manager Responsibilities;

Manage, motivate and direct the Quality Engineering team

Ensuring that industry manufacturing standards are achieved such as ISO

Develop and deliver a companywide quality strategy

Manage the internal auditing processes

Provide technical support and training for engineering colleagues

Set and monitor Quality targets and KPIs

Quality Manager Requirements;

Previous experience working within a Quality Manager/Lead based position

HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering would be advantageous

Must have knowledge of engineering & manufacturing processes

ILM level 3 qualification would be advantageous

Knowledge of quality tools is essential

Excellent communication skills are a must.
