I am working with an FMCG manufacturing client specialising in sustainable products, who are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join their site in Northampton.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Operations Manager
Managing costs of the department
KPI management within the team
Driving demands – Quality, Hygiene, Policies and managing investigation
Driving ISO9001 and BRC standard for packaging
Liaising with customers and organising site visits with customers
Conduction supplier audits, managing audits and quality meetings
Reporting feedback on customer complaints
Conducting monthly meetings with quality department regarding data (How things are performing)
Implementation of inspection and testing processes
To be considered for this position you will ideally come from a packaging or plastics background within a similar posiiton.
