Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Customer Excellence Manager at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales!

  • What you’ll do:

  • Lead preparation and hosting for Customer and ISO 9001 audits.
  • Responding and scheduling to customer audits.
  • Completing customer questionnaires.
  • Leading Purolite’s vendor management program including conducting supplier audits.
  • Managing Internal audits to monitor compliance of internal operations, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing all actions plans needed from all audits, internal, external.
  • Setting up internal workshop and communication related to CAPAs actions plan.
  • Initiating the relevant KPIs.
  • Managing clients complaints
  • Communicate and liaise with customers and sales as necessary.
  • Participation in the change control process to ensure changes to processes, systems, equipment, and facilities are appropriately assessed and implemented
  • What you'll need:

  • A scientific degree, or equivalent
  • Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements. (cGMP and ISO9001 advantageous)
  • Must have software and technical skills, all Microsoft Office applications. (Q-Pulse or other electronic QMS software an advantage)
  • Internal Auditing experience to ISO9001 requirements (cGMP advantageous).
  • Lead auditor training (desirable).
  • Experience in hosting customer audits
