Theatre and Critical care services are growing within Harrogate with a new theatre complex about to start being built, providing two new theatres and procedure rooms. A successful business case has seen a one million pound investment in our critical care staffing which is being introduced in stages.

We are recruiting a Matron to join our friendly team where we have a dedicated and supportive multidisciplinary team who pride themselves on providing the highest quality patient focused care.

Main duties of the job
The Matron will be a highly visible, accessible and authoritative presence in clinical areas to which patients, their families and others can turn for leadership, assistance, advice and support.
The Matron’s role will focus on:
