About the Role:

The Programme and Policy Officer will play a crucial role in facilitating key Public Health related boards and partnerships; as well as ensuring prioritised health improvement objectives are delivered. In addition, the postholder will support the team in its work to embed a health in all policies approach across the council.

This will require excellent programme management skills, good partnership working and the ability to be flexible. Good communication and report writing skills are essential, as well as being able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
