About the company:
Our fantastic client is well known within the competitive socialising industry and specifically known for their stylish venues across the UK. As a Property Surveyor you will be joining our client’s team to help manage the day-to-day management and development of the company’s property portfolio.

About the role:
As Property Surveyor you will report directly into the Property Director & Head of Projects and act as a team leader managingthe leasehold estate. This role includes business rates, service charges, rent reviews and liaising with landlords. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property, highly motivated and great negotiation skills!

About You:

Ideally a General Practice Surveyor or working towards an APC qualification.

AssocRICS/RICS qualification is highly desirable, but experience speaks VOLUMES!

Flexible approach to working and willing to go that extra mile where required
