My clients are seeking an experienced Property Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary.

Property Sales Administrator – Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all properties
• Liaising between solicitors, other estate agencies and other professional organisations to ensure smooth property sales transactions between all interested parties
• Assisting with the management of a portfolio of properties
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues
• Assisting with marketing and advertising of available properties for sale, ensuring all marketing portals are accurate and up to date
• Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed
• Sales progression on all live property sales

Property Sales Administrator – Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the property industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
