Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience
Up to £5400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
A further £2725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
Minimum on-target earnings of £28125+ per year
Company Car
Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day in lieu in exchange)

The responsibilities of a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Luton
Booking and conducting property inspections
Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
Deposit returns
Resolving rental arrears
Processing eviction requests
Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing complaints
Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will require to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Luton
A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
Ability to meet deadlines
