Further to an extremely successful year, this Top 50 firm and ranked Property Litigation team in the Legal and Chambers, are looking for an Associate and a Senior associate to join their team of 8.

This Real Estate Litigation team act for a wide range of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates and individuals on all real estate and property disputes - regularly advising on property issues including:

Telecoms,

Disputed break clause cases,

Rights of light,

Breach of covenant claims,

Misrepresentation/breach of contract,

Frustration and option disputes

All types of commercial landlord and tenant issues.
