Service Care Legal are currently working alongside an award winning firm, based in Cumbria. They are looking for an Property Litigation Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join their Legal team. Role: Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Kendal
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000
PQE: 2 years
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and provide clients with sound legal advice tailored to their specific circumstances.
Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents.
Liaise and correspond with the Court, instruct counsel
and experts
Able to handle high caseload in Property Litigation from start to completion.
About you:
Excellent knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with 2 years PQE.
