About the Role:

To support Public Health and Integrated Commissioning in the management of a range of public health and commissioning programmes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To participate in the delivery of priority projects, with a focus on analysis and reporting of service activity and finances, to ensure programmes achieve value-for-money and tackle health inequalities in the borough.
  • To undertake the collation, analysis, and reporting of data using a variety of software applications, supporting the Information Analyst.
  • To work directly with the programme team to provide technical and professional advice to ensure good practice in project management.
  • To assist with the creation of individual project plans and monitor implementation, working with the Programme Managers, Lead Commissioners, Commissioning Development Officers, and integrated commissioning colleagues.
  • To support the Information Analyst in the inputting, monitoring, and reporting of programme financial information, specifically where service activity is linked to contract payment, including invoice loading, activity and payment monitoring, and budget reporting and forecasting.
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day identification and resolution (or escalation) of workstream level issues and management of risks, supporting the management of programmes / project interdependencies.
