About our Team

The Project Manager role supports the commercial team in a wide variety of projects that includes acquisitions and integrations, continuous improvement, ongoing/ cyclic tracking of business activities to ensure delivery of successful and growth focused events, process re-invention across the Hub – a complex, business encapsulating 8 core industry-based portfolios across multiple geographic centers, supported by strong product roadmap, and centralized functions.

About the Role

This role will also be looking at the integration of acquired shows/businesses into RXUK and is responsible for the co-ordination of the formal acquisition integration plan. This will require collaboration across, legal, HR, financial, technology and compliance to ensure business/asset acquisitions are achieved in the required timeframe to the highest standard.


Responsibilities

  • Leading collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams for all the projects assigned and being managed by the transformation and PMO team 

  • Ensuring comprehensive reporting and metrics visibility to Hub leadership on current ongoing projects 

  • Conducting analytics of internal data as needed to provide accurate status of activities on projects as needed 

  • Ensuring timely escalations as per the escalation matrix / organisational structure for missed / delay in timelines for project tasks 

  • Tracking and monitoring cadence and adherence to tasks as per the annual EVP’s to ensure timely completion for all events in the UK Hub. 

  • Managing the annual EVP calendar and activities along with reporting to the key stakeholders for each event on the status of the EVP’s on an ongoing basis 

  • Reviewing existing integration plans and update processes and procedures in the integrating unit for fit adoption into RX UK systems. 

  • Coordination of all the various divisions/departments to progress and deliver the integration plan including legal, HR, Finance, marketing, compliance and commercial. 

  • Requirements

  • Have previous experience in Project Management within a matrix organisation.

  • Have an ability to quickly gain an understanding of the underlying processes deployed in RXUK.

  • Be able to build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

  • Be highly organised; can manage projects, able to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Be positive, enthusiastic, results-oriented, and self-motivated to produce impactful work.

  • Possess an ethos of continuous learning, welcoming constructive feedback and embrace new challenges.

  • Have experience with core business platforms such as Salesforce and reporting & visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
